Pizza
For the dough, I used the proportions from this recipe .

Ingredients
For crust
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
For sauce
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- Olive oil 2 tbsps
- garlic 3 cloves (or per taste)
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Dill 1tsp (optional)
- Salt 1 tsp
For topping
- Grated Cheese 1 and 1/2 cup (I used cheddar)
- Cilantro 1/4 cup
- Onion (thin slices) 1 medium
- Tomato (thin slice) 1
Procedure
Crust:
- Heat the water to 115 degrees farenheit. Add sugar and yeast and let it proof for 5 mins. The liquid mixture will become bubbly.
- Add the salt and oil.
- Gradually add the liquid mixture to the flour and knead it into the dough. Knead for 10 mins.
- Cover with moist cloth and let it rise for 30 mins.
Sauce:
- Blend all the sauce ingredients except the olive oil in a blender.
- Heat oil in the pan on medium for 3 mins and add the blended mixture.
- Cook the blended mixture on medium low for 20 mins (while dough is rising).
- Turn off the heat and let it cool.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Assemble:
- Divide the dough into 5 equal portions.
- Roll out each portion in a floured surface to 8 inches in diameter and 6-7 mm thickness.
- Spoon out sauce and spread on the surface liberally
- Spread out the cheese
- Add toppings
I place each assembled pizza on an aluminium sheet and them put them on a cookie sheet as I do not have a pizza stone.
Bake for 17 mins
