Eggless Bisquick Pancakes

I have been trying out various proportions to get the eggless version right.  The recipe makes 4 pancakes.


Ingredients:

  • Bisquick mix 1/2 cup
  • Milk         1/2 cup
  • Flax seed powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Water        1.5 tbsp

Procedure

  1. Whisk the flax seed powder and water together for 1 minute to form a viscous mixture.

2. Mix in the milk and Bisquick mix.

3. Preheat griddle on medium high for 5 minutes, reduce heat intensity to medium-low.

4. Spoon 1/4 cup of the mixture and very lightly spread it.

5. Cook it on medium low for 2 minutes on the first side.

6. Flip the pancake and cook for 1 minute on the other side.

7. Serve with syrup.
